Wake is an ambassador marketing platform that helps brands identify, recruit, and manage brand ambassadors. The Service includes customer analysis, ambassador management tools, outreach features, and analytics.
To use the Service, you must:
Free Trial: New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial of premium features. No payment is required during the trial period.
Paid Plans: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify, Stripe, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wake and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREWHQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
